Say you were there from the very beginning. This is the first-ever vintage of Gevrey-Chambertin 'En Billard' from Si Tu Sais, the micro-negoce that has the Burgundy world buzzing. With only 3.5 barrels produced (around 1,000 bottles), this is a work of love reserved to those in the know.

Sourced from a rocky plot at the northern limit of Gevrey, this perfectly showcases what owner Patrick and Sarah want from Pinot Noir. It’s a vibrant, perfumed burst of red and black cherries, crushed plums, and wild notes of dried leaves, underbrush, and sweet spices. Underneath it all lies a classic flinty minerality that anchors the wine and hints at its serious cellar potential. Fine-grained tannins and mouth-watering acidity make it dangerously drinkable now, but this is a new-wave star built to last. The word is out, so don't miss it!

London - Orders placed by the 19th (12 PM) will be delivered on Monday, the 22nd.

Outside London - Order Placed by Wed 17th (12 PM) for delivery before Christmas (excluding Central Scotland, Highlands and Islands).

All orders placed after these dates will be arranged when our warehouse reopens on the 5th of January.
