    Les Montgruguet: 100% Pinot Noir

    Terroir: Premier Cru. Micro-plot in Mareuil-sur-Ay, bordering Clos de Goisses. A pocket of chalk near the Marne river sitting at 120 meters asl.

    Winemaking: Elevage in wood of various age, from new to 10 years old. Only indigenous yeast and regular stirring of lees.

    Bottling and ageing: 3 years in bottle before disgorgment.

    Production: Around 3,000 per vintage
