France, BurgundyVinification in oak, half in new demi-muids, other half in used small oak. Very elegant toast, thanks to selected barrels from a very niche Chassagne cooper. Classically proportioned white burgundy profile. Charred sweet aromas, with a more brooding palate than En Caradeux. Very enticing with a bright future ahead. Four and a half barrels were produced.
