Sourced from the prized 'Les Vris' site, this micro-cuvée is a revelation. The nose is a beautiful dance of fragrant orange blossom, crisp apple, and delicate quince. But the real magic happens on the palate, where it unfolds with layers of flinty minerality and a subtle, brioche-like pastry note that leads to a finish of pure, ripe lemon.
