Si Tu Sais, Chamilly

What began as a one-time harvest experience in Savigny-lès-Beaune quickly spiralled into a full-blown obsession for Patrick Johnston and Sara Cunningham. In 2020, they founded Si Tu Sais as a vehicle for their vision: a tiny, terroir-driven micro-négoce dedicated to fighting the protectionism that often surrounds Burgundy.

Working from a small cellar in Chamilly, they seek out pristine ethically-farmed fruit from exceptional, often overlooked plots across the Côte d’Or. Their approach is minimalist and precise - inspired by modern trendsetters like Vincent Dancer - focusing on whole-bunch ferments, old barrels, and low-temperature maceration to craft wines of stunning clarity, tension, and spice.

With production rarely exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvée, each wine is a rare, crystalline snapshot of a specific place. This is insider Burgundy at its most compelling: modern in its purity, traditional in its soul, and utterly delicious. "If you know, you know".
