Extremely limited in production, Si tu Sais only produced 1,249 bottles of the 2023 Bourgogne Blanc. Created from the very best Chardonnay grapes of the Mâconnais, this wine is rare, crystalline and evokes a strong sense of place. 

Deeply golden in colour, the nose presents distinctive aromas of white blossom, honeysuckle, ripe lemon and tropical fruits. On the palate, there are flavours of crème pâtissière and almonds. With an air of salinity, it is a wine that makes you want to keep drinking more and more...
