Sourced from a rocky plot at the northern limit of Gevrey, this perfectly showcases what owner Patrick and Sarah want from Pinot Noir. It’s a vibrant, perfumed burst of red and black cherries, crushed plums, and wild notes of dried leaves, underbrush, and sweet spices. Underneath it all lies a classic flinty minerality that anchors the wine and hints at its serious cellar potential.
