Bourg Sud | Avize Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
A vivid expression of Avize sourced from old vines heading toward Oger, celebrated for its entrancing balance between fruit energy and complexity.

Champ Bouton | Vintage Blanc de Blancs
Derived from a well-positioned parcel in Avize near Fosse aux Pourceaux, this cuvée is matured in 228-liter barrels to build structure and intensity.

Alsace: A New Interpretation
In Niedermorschwihr, Justine and François are reinterpreting Alsatian wine by building a stylistic bridge to the west. While their two hectares are located in the region’s most prestigious terroirs, their approach favours finesse and freshness over opulence, utilizing small Burgundian barrels and earlier harvests to preserve natural acidity.
Riesling Schneid | Turckheim
Sourced from a north-facing plot on the Brand hill, this wine offers a concentrated profile with a brilliant, refreshing edge, bottled without fining or filtration.

Grand Cru Florimont | Katzenthal Riesling
A south-facing site with clay and active limestone soils. This wine marks a milestone release, delivering remarkable salinity and yellow stone fruit flavours.
