About Fanny SabreĀ 

Fanny took over her familyā€™s estate in Beaune, including the hidden gem "Clos des Renardes"Ā  in her 20s and has since become one of the most exciting young voices in natural Burgundy wine. Mentored by Philippe Pacalet, she embraced natural winemakingā€”native yeasts, minimal sulfites, and old-barrel fermentation. Two decades on, her bottles are some of the most delicious and unfussy in all of Burgundy.
