From our Meunier resident intellectual, Benoit Dehu, comes a rare back vintage release of his iconic La Rue des Noyers, presented in Magnum.

This is a simply gorgeous wine, and a standout achievement for the vintage. The 2017 bristles with pure energy and complexity, showcasing a depth that builds beautifully with just a little aeration (yes, you can decant your Grower Champagne!).

On the palate, it’s instantly expressive and ample, revealing a sophisticated profile where apricot, tangerine peel, spice, ginger, and lemon confit all interlace. A subtle touch of oak adds texture without dominating the precise fruit. The character is lights-out compelling, culminating in a flourish of tropical fruit and spice that lingers on the close.
