This is the pure, chalk-driven heart of the Côte des Blancs, bottled by the brilliant young vigneron Adrien Dhondt-Grellet. Sourced from key Premier Cru parcels from Cuis and Grauves, capturing the cool, vertical energy of the northern region. 

Built with serious depth, Les Terres Fines is matured in barrel for nearly a year and blended with a generous 30% perpetual reserve that dates back to 1986. Disgorged with a bone-dry 2.5 grams dosage, this is an incredibly precise and age-worthy bottle that shows why Adrien Dhondt is considered one of the most exciting producers in all of Champagne.
