A unicorn in pink – Brochet’s first-ever vintage rosé under the SELECTED range is 100% old-vine Meunier from the heart of Pierry Premier Cru, macerated just long enough to blush like a Burgundian sunset. This is Champagne at its most hedonistic: wild strawberries, blood orange zest, and a whisper of rosehip tea carried on a very vinous, completed palate. Lengthy, 60 months ageing on the lees made the difference here - the structure and density are simply insane.
