Born from a shared passion for creativity and terroir expression, Mathieu Deiss and Emmanuelle Milan founded Vignoble du Rêveur in 2011. After inheriting 10 hectares of vineyards in Bennwihr, they seized the opportunity to pave a new path that championed organic and biodynamic viticulture, while crafting wines that express both place and personality.

At the heart of the domaine lies a commitment to purity, depth and mineral precision. The alluvial soils and sunny exposure of the vineyards allows the grapes to achieve full ripeness, while retaining acidity. A distinctive blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Muscat, Au Fil de l’lll is a characterful wine. Wonderfully floral, crisp and vibrant. On the palate there are layers of stoned fruits, white peach and delicate rose notes that unfold with effortless charm.
