This is where the magic began - Fabrice's original masterpiece from 1965 massal selection vines in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Imagine biting into a just-ripe cherry dusted with chalk, wrapped in the thinnest layer of brioche. The "Méthode Fabrice Pouillon" (a wild fermentation where 15% of the juice is held back until spring) creates a texture that's both creamy and electric.

Only 1,000 bottles exist. Hedonistic, and painfully rare.
