Dhondt's new Sézannais flagship. Kristaps Karklins' 95pt review on the first edition remarks its "vinous depth", but the magic lies in the details: old-vine fruit from grandpa's 1970s plantings, fermented in 1/3 new barrels, with that signature 30% perpetual reserve back to 1986 adding layers upon layers of decadent fruit. Think golden apple, flint, and a whisper of red fruit from the Pinot.

Proof that "entry-level" doesn't mean simple when Adrien's at the helm. A roaring success!
