Ready for the new wave? Si Tu Sais turns its artisan touch to one of Burgundy's most underestimated grapes, and the result is, predictably, magnificent. This isn't your grandmother's sharp apéritif - this is a seriously cool, complex Bourgogne Aligoté that completely redefines what this grape can achieve.

Sourced from the prized 'Les Vris' site, this micro-cuvée is a revelation. The nose is a beautiful dance of fragrant orange blossom, crisp apple, and delicate quince. But the real magic happens on the palate, where it unfolds with layers of flinty minerality and a subtle, brioche-like pastry note that leads to a finish of pure, ripe lemon. It’s brilliantly bright and fresh with a laser beam of acidity, currently showing a lean, restrained profile that promises an incredible evolution for those with patience.

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £250 (excluding Central Scotland, Highlands and Islands). Orders below £250 incur a £18 delivery fee. 

Christmas & New Year Delivery Times:

London - Orders placed by the 19th (12 PM) will be delivered on Monday, the 22nd.

Outside London - Order Placed by Wed 17th (12 PM) for delivery before Christmas (excluding Central Scotland, Highlands and Islands).

All orders placed after these dates will be arranged when our warehouse reopens on the 5th of January.
