Meet the pinnacle of Provençal rosé. Le Clos is the estate's most prestigious, limited-production cuvée, crafted only in ideal vintages from a single, stunning plot enclosed by ancient walls established during Medieval times by the Order of Knights Templar. 

The 2022 vintage shows a captivating complexity. As Eric Guido of Vinous (93 pts) describes, it "keeps the glass in constant motion." Swirling unlocks profound "depths of dried apricot and peaches, complicated by sweet smoke and mint." This is a textural masterpiece—"creamy yet lively all the same," with "tantalizing acidity" and "vividly ripe orchard fruits perfectly contrasted by ginger."

This complex blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and rare Tibouren is vinified with meticulous care, with portions aged in stoneware jars for extra integration of fine aromatics. The result is an extremely pale pink wine of breathtaking concentration. Think white cherry blossom, ripe orchard fruit, and a palate built around vibrant acidity that unfolds into a long, saline, and beautifully bitter finish.
