Fanny Sabre takes on Pommard’s iron-fisted reputation and wins—with silk. Sourced from her treasured plot of very old vines rooted in complex marl soils, this 2023 is anything but austere. It’s a bright, electric Pinot that hums with wild cherry and a stony minerality that lingers long after the last sip.

The old vines - gnarled and wise - lend incredible depth and structure, while Fanny’s gentle touch in the cellar (native yeasts, thoughtful élevage) ensures the wine remains vibrant and alive. This isn’t a Pommard you need to tuck away for a decade - it’s already singing, especially if you give it an hour in a decanter to stretch its legs.

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £250 (excluding Central Scotland, Highlands and Islands). Orders below £250 incur a £18 delivery fee. 

Christmas & New Year Delivery Times:

London - Orders placed by the 19th (12 PM) will be delivered on Monday, the 22nd.

Outside London - Order Placed by Wed 17th (12 PM) for delivery before Christmas (excluding Central Scotland, Highlands and Islands).

All orders placed after these dates will be arranged when our warehouse reopens on the 5th of January.
